About the Role

• Design and implement processes and pipelines for the automated microscopy system
• Use common ML/DL algorithms to facilitate pipeline automation
• Develop and maintain the CI/CD pipeline of all company biomedical data (software appliance, data injections into AWS, data lifespan within the system in terms of storage and accessibility, microscopy pipeline and more)
• Manage and support development environment (AWS)
• Take part in different R&D DevOps and automation processes


· Pipeline setup and operating experience (command line and UI, Windows/Linux)

· Demonstrated experience using ML/DL algorithms

· Experience in image analysis automation – advantage

· Strong programming skills including programming experience in python

· Proficiency in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL / MySQL)

· Raw data automated labeling experience – advantage

· AWS operations experience – advantage

· B.Sc./B.A. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent

· Self-learner

· Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
